Fleet Supervisor

Job Title
Schedule: 40 hours/week; primarily nights and weekends
Shift Examples: Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Sun–Thu, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day fleet and transportation operations.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Safety, Driver Training, HR, and Planning teams.
- Partner with drivers, customers, and production/distribution facilities to maintain effective communication.
- Monitor transportation performance and help optimize fleet operations.
- Support safe, reliable, and timely transportation services.
- Address operational issues and coordinate solutions across departments.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external customers.
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
- Perform additional transportation and fleet-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to work primarily night and weekend shifts.
