Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time – Agoura Hills, CA Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour. Bonus based on performance. Profit sharing. State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to learn computer functions. Ability to multi-task. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
