salary: $43,680 - $47,840 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end invoice processing, verification, and general ledger reconciliation to drive precise expense management.
• Direct the accurate distribution of corporate expenses by analyzing multi-department cost centers and recording entries.
• Cultivate vendor partnerships by streamlining payment schedules, capturing discounts, and auditing purchase order contract documentation.
• Track and capture outstanding credit memos to optimize working capital.
• Audit and process employee travel and entertainment (T&E) reimbursement workflows.
• Conduct continuous vendor account audits through robust monthly statement reconciliations.
• Maintain comprehensive historical financial files to support smooth internal and external audit tracks.
• Manage petty cash disbursements and verify all baseline financial documentation.
• Protect organizational data by enforcing strict confidentiality protocols across all financial operations.
