CONFIDENTIAL – DIRECTOR OF NURSING (RN) | SKILLED NURSING FACILITY
Confidential Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality resident care.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all nursing operations (RN/LPN/CNA teams)
Ensure CMS, state, and federal compliance
Oversee quality measures, infection control, and care planning
Drive survey readiness and deficiency management
Support staffing, retention, and performance management
Partner with Administrator and leadership team
REQUIREMENTS
Active RN license required
3+ years leadership experience in SNF/LTC
Prior DON or ADON experience strongly preferred
Strong regulatory and survey knowledge
Proven leadership and communication skills
