• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to refine lead conversion strategies and improve outcomes.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and trends to help optimize marketing efforts.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.

• Experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus, but a passion for helping clients is essential.
• Ability to engage confidently and warmly with potential clients over the phone, building trust from the first interaction.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving sales goals, demonstrating a results-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently within our CRM system.
