Receptionist - Part Time (Administrative) Lewis & Clark Behavioral Health Services is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, families, and visitors, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role supports the daily administrative functions of the clinic and ensures smooth front desk operations. Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist Location: Yankton, SD Reports To: Administrative Assistant Schedule Hours: 20 Hours a week Hours: Monday Thursday 4pm to 8pm; Friday: 2pm to 5pm Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with warmth, compassion, and professionalism Answer incoming calls, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using electronic health records (EHR) Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Process intake forms and ensure completion of necessary paperwork Collect co-pays and other payments, issue receipts, and balance cash drawer Coordinate with clinical staff to manage client flow and schedule changes Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with appropriate materials Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries Perform general clerical duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr LEWIS & CLARK BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES INC. in
