Assistant Salon Manager – Lead, Inspire, Thrive We're looking for a motivated, licensed professional who loves the beauty industry and helping others succeed. In this role, you'll lead by example, support the team, and help create a positive, high-energy salon experience for both clients and stylists. Earn an average of $27+ per hour, plus daily tips, paid vacation and holidays, ongoing paid training, and access to medical and dental insurance options. Your Role: • Lead from the floor and set the standard • Support a fun, inclusive, professional culture • Assist with daily operations What are salon owners looking for in a great Assistant Salon Manager?
