This position would be primarily a customer service/dispatcher role , assisting the dispatch team with answering phones, scheduling service calls, coordinating technicians, and providing excellent customer service. They are happy to train the right person if they're eager to learn.

Big things we are looking for:

• Outstanding customer service skills (this is by far the most important)
• Self-motivated and proactive. Someone who doesn't need to be handed one task at a time but can recognize what needs to be done and jump in.
• Fast learner who enjoys learning new systems and responsibilities
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong conflict resolution and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a focus on detailed documentation 
• Comfortable with computers and able to quickly learn new software.
• They should have prior office or administrative experience and be tech-savvy.

 

What would be nice to have, but is not required: 

• AP/AR/Payroll experience (any one or combination is a plus, none are required) 
• Prior experience dispatching
• Prior experience with Service Titan
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, tools, or construction
• bilingual in Spanish and English desired

 

schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

pay: $18-$20/hour+ DOE
