Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary : The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms of the hotel to have ready for guests according to the policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff
• Assign daily boards to housekeeping team members
• Maintain room quality based on hotel objectives
• Monitor and maintain a level of cleanliness in rooms, storage areas, laundry, restrooms, and public areas
• Compile and report accurate status of guest rooms to front office
• Oversee all housekeeping duties
• Maintain productivity and labor cost goals
• Ensure quality services are rendered in meeting guest needs and that guest relations are enhanced
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in all aspects of Housekeeping
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be flexible with working weekends, and holidays
