Commonwealth Roofing Corp. is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you're a true hunter who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities, we want to talk with you.
For more than 45 years, Commonwealth Roofing has been a trusted commercial roofing contractor serving businesses throughout the Ohio Valley. Our reputation is built on Safety, Service, and Quality , and we provide commercial roof repairs, replacements, inspections, maintenance programs, and new construction roofing solutions for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new commercial roofing opportunities.
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, general contractors, and other decision-makers.
- Utilize company-provided technology, CRM tools, and sales resources to manage your pipeline and generate business.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and customer meetings.
- Present solutions and proposals professionally.
- Represent the Commonwealth Roofing brand with integrity and professionalism.
- Work closely with operations and estimating teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Hunter mentality with a passion for business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales required.
- Experience selling large-ticket commercial, industrial, construction, or service-related projects is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Proficiency with technology, CRM systems, and mobile sales tools.
