Seeking a Lab Technician in Vandalia, OH! Pay starts at $22/hour , Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. This temp-to-hire role involves blending chemical formulations, conducting laboratory testing, documenting results, maintaining lab equipment, and supporting product development. Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire. Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour Duties: Blend and mix chemical formulations according to established work instructions. Conduct laboratory testing and evaluate physical, chemical, and performance properties of formulations. Document formulas and product specifications accurately. Record test results and formulation data in a timely and organized manner. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling requirements. Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and inventory of chemicals and supplies. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment. Coordinate with external laboratories and prepare samples for shipment. Assist with the development and writing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Utilize Microsoft Office applications and learn new software systems as needed. . Position Requirements: Previous laboratory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records. Comfortable handling chemicals and working in a laboratory environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
