Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.Basic Qualifications• Experience leading and motivating a team or group of individuals in a project or project-like environment• Control Account Manager (CAM) experience• Familiar with proposal development• Experienced with VEMO or Staffing software or similar equivalent experienceDesired SkillsTo be successful, ideally, you should also have:• Appropriate degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience inlieu of a degree• Active Top Secret Clearance• Experience with Navy FBM Customer (SSP, SPF, NOTU, etc.)• Familiar with FBM contracting and LRP processPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
