Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Clinic Credentialing Timeframe: 45 to 60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified in either Oncology or Hematology Facility Location: Located in the technology hub of Silicon Valley, Santa Clara is a place to find booming business as well as culture, arts and entertainment.
