Senior Construction Project Executive

Project ExecutiveLead the delivery of multiple commercial construction projects, including ground-up and renovation work valued at $40M+. Oversee project teams while mentoring Project Managers, Project Engineers, and junior staff. Drive schedules, budgets, and quality standards from preconstruction through closeout. Partner with senior leadership to support the continued growth of a rapidly expanding office. Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships while ensuring successful project execution.A successful Project Executive should have: Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $40M+ annually. Track record of leading, developing, and mentoring project teams. Ability to successfully manage 2-3 concurrent projects across different sectors. Experience in healthcare, higher education, K-12, residential, or other diverse commercial markets is highly desirable. OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it with company support.Salary: $160,000-$170,000 base salary + annual bonus. 15% annual bonus opportunity, vehicle allowance, gas card, and mobile reimbursement. 4 weeks PTO, strong flexibility, and a results-driven culture that values work-life balance.
