Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmias
• Provide care for post-myocardial infarction patients
• Implement heparin protocols and manage anticoagulation therapy
• Manage patients requiring BiPAP/CPAP and high flow nasal cannula
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Support patients through pre/post cardiac catheterization procedures

Qualifications

• Current SC RN license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU experience required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
• Ability to work a 3x12 night schedule, including weekends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
