ERMI is now hiring an experienced Patient Financial Services Representative to join our team in the Upper East Side in Manhattan. About the Role We are seeking an individual with an exceptional background in Collections and Customer Service to join our Patient Financial Services team. Responsibilities Ensure unpaid and partially paid balances are resolved efficiently, timely, and within stated goals Collect patient balances and establish payment plans as needed Remind patients when payment plans are overdue Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and triage calls Inform patients about the Patient Portal for registration and provide details of all services available Coordinate efforts with other internal teams Fulfill clerical responsibilities which may include sending, receiving, scanning medical records, hospital notes and referral information Other duties as assigned Why ERMI?
