What You’ll Do As a Burn Trainer, you’ll deliver dynamic, high-energy 45-minute camps that combine strength, conditioning, mindset, and nutrition to transform lives. You’ll motivate members to push past their limits while creating a supportive, empowering environment that celebrates every win. Responsibilities include: Lead Training Camps: Deliver safe, challenging, and motivating workouts for clients of all fitness levels. Personal Training in a Group Setting: Provide individualized attention and modification options within a large group format. Fitness Consultations: Conduct focus meetings to track client progress, discuss goals, and build accountability. Client Experience: Build relationships, offer exceptional customer service, and create a sense of belonging for every member. Social Media Engagement: Share training tips, educational content, and member wins across digital platforms. Facility Excellence: Maintain equipment and uphold the cleanliness standards of the Blue Carpet Experience. Community Outreach: Represent Burn Boot Camp at pop-ups, local events, and joint ventures to grow awareness and membership. Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) or 4-year Exercise Science degree (with no gap in experience). CPR/AED certified. Minimum 1 year of personal training or group coaching experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills. Positive, energetic, and adaptable personality.
