Direct Caps offers fully customizable products with low minimum order quantities and fast lead times, catering to diverse markets ranging from sports to outdoor activities. Three Locations

• Gardena CA-Offices and warehouse
• Downtown LA-Wholesale store front
• Arlington TX -Offices & Warehouse
• Norcross GA-Offices & Warehouse

We are looking for passionate Sales Representatives to join our team full-time on-site . The role involves managing customer accounts, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Representatives will work closely with clients to meet their headwear and uniform needs while fostering strong relationships and achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the headwear or apparel industry is a plus
• Online sales experience,Social media experience are better
• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Account Management
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Ability to perform Lead Generation and build a pipeline of potential clients
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written
• Customer service/ phone etiquette
• Prepare billing and invoices/ processes orders
• Answer phones and emails
• Highly organized and efficient
• Detail-oriented and the ability to follow up on tasks
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Maintain a collaborative team-oriented attitude,team player
• College diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with our requirements

Work Schedule

• Full time: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional weekends if needed)

Pay: $41,600.00 per year starting, $45,760.00 after probation plus high commission and bonus
