This role focuses on performing routine maintenance, supporting shop operations, and ensuring every customer receives high‑quality, efficient service. Safety Inspections — Conduct multi‑point inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential mechanical issues. Shop Support — Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist technicians as needed. Customer Communication — Provide clear explanations of recommended services and vehicle conditions. Equipment Operation — Properly use lifts, tools, and diagnostic equipment following all safety protocols. Documentation Accuracy — Record services performed, inspection findings, and parts used in the shop management system.
