Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator with Microsoft Windows and Linux administration experience in support of a dynamic and engaging mission. This position will support multiple cloud environments, leveraging infrastructure as code with data flows crossing controlled interfaces, at multiple classification levels. In this role you will support solutions throughout the full IT project lifecycle, and provide technical support for Windows, cloud-based systems, and troubleshoot operational issues.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, and documenting system configurations (Win 2016/2019 & RHEL 7/8)
  • Hardening systems to meet security standards
  • Maintaining COTS & GOTS software
  • Sustaining production systems (i.e., firewalls, file servers, security monitoring systems, etc.) that serve many end users
  • Interfacing with customers in writing and via telephone to provide technical guidance designed to quickly resolve reported problems
  • Debugging and enhancing/modifying Ansible scripts to deploy IaC and CaC
  • Set/configure/modify IAM policies to enable customer role-based access to workload IS
  • Integrate and implement platform capabilities (e.g., Nessus endpoint) in workload
  • Select and configure AMIs to optimize workload
  • Coordinate with other team members to implement capabilities to meet customer requirements
  • Troubleshoot various issues, such as operating systems, networking, cloud services, and software
  • Perform Active Directory administration and Group Policy management

What You'll Need:

  • 3 years of general systems administration experience demonstrating progressive responsibilities
  • 3 years of experience performing Windows or Linux system administration duties
  • Experience supporting a cloud environment (AWS preferred) to include delivering, securing/managing, and/or diagnosing/troubleshooting complex issues
  • Experience in a DevSecOps environment (e.g., working with configuration management tools, applying automation, configuration/infrastructure as code concepts, etc.)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Discipline, or equivalent professional or military experience can be used in lieu of degree
  • Experience with Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash Scripting
  • Jira Service Management & JQL
  • Microsoft Identity & Access Management Configuration experience
  • Familiarity with Group Policy Object Management
  • Working knowledge of Certificate/CA/PKI Infrastructure
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Clearance: Must have a TS/SCI level clearance

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$100,200 - $203,400 USD
