Join our winning team today! We are currently seeking a RN Nurse Educator to provide compassionate care to our patients and support to staff! Position Summary: The Nursing Educator is responsible for assisting the CNO in evaluating, reviewing, designing, and implementing hospital training events with respect to all RN/LVN/MHT staff required for training. Provides training to the clinical team and non-clinical teams as appropriate. Also provides, on an as-needed basis, patient nursing assessments. Participate in Treatment Team meetings as needed.

Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) currently licensed to practice by Indiana State Board of Nursing Three to five years of experience in psychiatric nursing. Management /staff development experience preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred
