Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Sutter Psychotherapy Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating therapy sessions that focus on relational dynamics, interpersonal conflicts, and emotional well-being. \n
- Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss issues, and conflicts among family members, providing evidence-based interventions to improve relationships. \n
- Offering guidance and support to families navigating challenges such as separation, divorce, and blended family dynamics. \n
- Implementing effective communication strategies to address difficulties between family members and support relationship enhancement. \n
- Coordinating care with other health professionals when necessary to deliver comprehensive treatment to clients. \n
You will have the unique opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your role is crucial in understanding and addressing their specific mental health needs, whether it's managing the intricate dynamics of a blended family, assisting a couple deal with separation, or guiding individuals through life's stressors.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

- Current and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Pennsylvania. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
