Our Phoenix Skilled Nursing Office is seeking newly graduated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

At BAYADA, we believe our clients and their families deserve care grounded in compassion, excellence, and reliability . Our Nurse Residency Program is designed to help you build confidence, develop clinical skills, and grow into the nurse you want to be.

We are currently hiring for our July-August 2026 Nurse Residency Cohorts .

All May and June Cohorts are full.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one care with a client near you
• Follow and document physician orders
• Perform assessments and monitor conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and outcomes
• Deliver care independently in a home setting

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited RN program within the last 12 months (based on graduation date, not LPN license date) .
• Active LPN license (by start date)

Compensation

• $29-31/hour (graduated pay scale during residency)
