Territory Sales Representative-Aesthetic Lasers, Seattle, WA Seattle, Washington, United States Job Openings Territory Sales Representative-Aesthetic Lasers, Seattle, WA About the job Territory Sales Representative-Aesthetic Lasers, Seattle, WA Title: Territory Sales Representative-Aesthetic Lasers The Territory Sales Representative position is a front-line fieldsales role responsible for initiating conversations with new prospectsand existing customers to identify qualified sales opportunities. Thisrole is focused exclusively on cold calling in the field, relationshipre-engagement, and lead qualification, serving as a critical pipelineengine for the sales organization. In this role, the primary objectiveis to uncover interest, qualify opportunities, and submit high-qualityleads to Aesthetic Consultants and Executive Aesthetic Consultants forfollow-up, demonstrations, and closure. This person will not beresponsible for closing deals. Field prospecting and engagement Conduct high-volume field sales calls to new business prospects including physicians, Medspa, and aesthetic practices. Re-engage existing system owners to identify expansion,upgrade, or replacement through open house staffing opportunities. Introduce the Company\'s aesthetic technology portfolio at a high level and assess interest and timing. Navigate gatekeepers and engage decision-makers professionally and confidently. Lead qualification and handoff Qualify leads based on established criteria (practice type, decision-maker access, timing, budget, and intent). Accurately document call outcomes and opportunity details in Salesforce or designated CRM. Submit qualified leads to the assigned Aesthetic Consultant orExecutive Aesthetic Consultant with complete and actionable notes. Ensure timely and clean handoff to maximize conversion rates and rep productivity. Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred but not required or equivalent professional experience in inside or outside sales. 2–3 years of experience in outside sales in a quota-driven environment (medical device or capital equipment or other medical product preferred). Backgrounds from companies such asPaycor, Paycom, ADP, Xerox, Cintas or similarwill also be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly and build rapport. Experience selling a tangible product (not services) required . Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms preferred. Passion for the aesthetics industry and eagerness to learn advanced technology and consultative selling methods. This is an early career position, no more than 5 years of experience please.
