Registered Nurse, Outpatient Services

Wilson Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse for our outpatient services department. This role provides direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and care coordination for clinic and same-day patients. The RN collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, supports procedures, and ensures accurate EMR documentation. Responsibilities include patient triage, education, discharge planning, and reinforcing follow-up care.
