• Schedule: Clinic and Hospital call, full-time coverage needed with at least 14 consecutive shifts per month

• Credentialing: 60-90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified OB/GYN
• Certifications: BLS, CSR, DEA
• Licensure: Active Oregon license or active IMLC with LOQ in hand
