About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for a key leadership role in the Property and Asset Management business. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing and driving the performance of the PAM portfolio, with a focus on new business strategies, lease and rental negotiations, and client-centric approaches. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to optimize portfolio performance, grow the national PAM portfolio, and enhance client relationships. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in driving digital adoption, delivering data for decision-making, and leading initiatives that foster growth and enhance the client's assets. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have relevant experience in real estate, financial services, banking, or technology, and be values-led with a strong ethical code. People leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain industry relationships. The role demands a partner-centric individual who can work effectively with a diverse ecosystem, and who is capable of driving change, inspiring others, and leading the company's ESG and DE&I initiatives. A current real estate license is preferred, and the ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a track record of creating a lasting impact on business.
