Call Center Representative - Medical

Job Summary:As a Patient Communications Team Member (PCT), you will often be the first team member to interact with our patients. You have the primary position, in our Perfect Patient Journey model, which will determine the patient’s experience with our practice.Patient Communication Team Members are the liaison between our practice and its established and new patients. Computer experience and data entry accuracy are essential.
