Job Title: Mechatronics Engineer I Location: Beverly, MA on-site Compensation: $85k-$105k /yr Rquirements: BS or MS in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Systems or related field) 1-5 yearsrelative experience,electro-mechanical systems and components, Proficiency in SolidWorks (GD&T knowledge preferred) Experience with testing equipment About the Role: A growing engineering-driven manufacturer is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer I to support the design, development, and testing of advanced electro-mechanical systems. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across both mechanical and electrical disciplines in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop electro‑mechanical systems from concept through production Create CAD models, drawings, and documentation (SolidWorks) Integrate components such as motors, gears, actuators, sensors, and controllers Build, test, and troubleshoot systems at both component and system levels Develop assembly and test procedures and generate reports Collaborate with manufacturing and sourcing teams on BOMs and vendor selection Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Communicate technical details with internal teams, vendors, and customers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related) 1-6 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of electro‑mechanical systems and components Proficiency in SolidWorks (GD&T knowledge preferred) Experience with testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) is a plus Hands‑on experience with mechanical/electrical assembly is a plus Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills Nice-to-Have Skills Programming experience (Python, LabVIEW, or similar) Servo drive or motion control experience Exposure to robotics or automated machinery PCB design/development experience ERP system familiarity Benefits Pay with OT opportunity 100% Employer Paid Health Ins Premium Vision Life PTO/Vacation Bonus Opportunties Career Growth Track And More #J-18808-Ljbffr CyberCoders
