Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Washington state SLP license required to start the assignment. Oregon license required or ability to obtain Oregon licensure while working under WA license.
• Minimum 12 months of Home Health SLP experience within the past 3 years. This experience is required by the client.
• Experience with HCHB electronic medical record preferred.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to work within an assigned geographic territory including Walla Walla County, portions of Columbia County, and travel into Umatilla County (up to 60 miles).
• Ability to coordinate care with an assigned manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Preferred: prior experience providing skilled home health services and working as part of a mobile clinical team.

Assignment Details

• Shift Details: Days, 8-hour shifts, part-time.
• Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, typically 2–3 days each week.
• Territory: Walla Walla County with travel into lower Columbia County and Umatilla County (up to 60 miles).
• Length of Assignment: 13 weeks.
• Positions Available: 1.
• Electronic Medical Record: HCHB experience preferred.
