(excludes PRN Staff; Attendance and Performance considered)South Texas Community Living Corporation is currently seeking a mature professional to join our team as a House Manager who will be responsible for the monitoring of services provided to persons with intellectual disabilities in an ICF/ID setting, in accordance with ICF/ID standards and regulations.Shift : Monday through FridayHours : 6AM - 9AM and 3PM - 8PMDuties include :Assistance with Grooming and ToiletingAssistance with Meal Preparation and Mealtime MonitoringAssistance with Medication AdministrationHouse Cleaning (i.e., Sweeping, Mopping, Laundry etc.)Driving company vehiclesSpecialized DocumentationSupervision during recreational activitiesCommunication with outside family members and office staff.Benefits:Health Insurance (after 90 days)401K (after 1 year)Vacation (2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years)QualificationsQualifications:Valid and current Texas Driver's LicenseClear Background CheckClear DMV CheckHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Proof of EducationNo confirmation of Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation of an elderly or disabled personNo history of Medicaid fraud.
