Global Advisor Portfolio ManagerGlobal Advisor Portfolio Manager provides analytical, portfolio management, underwriting and compliance management support within the Global Specialty Products Team.Duties and Responsibilities:Services, deepens, and retains assigned profitable customer relationships by pro-actively evaluating and mitigating associated business risks and opportunities, per established Huntington policies, procedures, and Guiding Principles. Owns primary responsibility for the credit and monitoring of Commercial portfolio risks.Completes country risk analysis for assigned geographies, develops limit recommendations and presents to approval authorities. Builds productive relationships with the business units with the aim of responsibly and preemptively addressing country limit increases/ adjustments.Validates division's exposures to Reg. Reporting on a quarterly basis; aggregates country exposures across the Commercial Bank and presents to country risk committee.Actively monitors market conditions in assigned geographies and provides updates when appropriate to Division Management and approval/oversight authorities as requested.Underwrites and presents credit limits for global insurance companies to approval authorities for use by Global Specialty Products. For the assigned portfolio, monitors commercial portfolio risks, including credit underwriting, portfolio management, portfolio administration, and ongoing credit monitoring.Maintains frequent contact with Trade Operations, AML/BSA, Credit and other key partners to stay current on internal requirements and trends.Works directly with the Team Leaders, Relationship Managers, Regional Credit Officer, Credit Review, and Segment Risk across the commercial bank.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 5 years underwriting experiencePreferred Qualifications:Minimum of three (3) years of experience in underwriting global insurance companies and Commercial credits, particularly Mid to Large Corporates.Minimum of 1 years of experience with country risk underwritingAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of managementAbility to effectively work on a multi-locale team.Exempt Status: YesApplications Accepted Through: 09/28/2026Huntington expects to accept applications through at least the date above, and may continue to accept applications until the position is filled.Workplace Type: OfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.
