About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, with a strategic focus on preparing the business for accelerated growth and driving performance improvement. This hands-on leadership position demands a confident decision-maker with the ability to build and enhance operational processes, including the introduction of KPIs, improved reporting, budgeting, and team management. Experience in both large-scale and middle-market industrial services organizations is ideal, particularly with a background in private equity or investor-driven enterprises focused on value creation. The COO will work in close partnership with the CEO and will be instrumental in expanding the company's market leadership through both acquisitive and organic strategies. A key aspect of the role is the implementation of a culture of continuous improvement, and the candidate should be adept at leading change and fostering a proactive, growth-oriented environment.
