Have experience in retail, automotive, real estate, furniture, or commission‑based sales A motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working toward commission‑based earnings Enjoy building relationships and delivering a strong customer experience Communicate confidently and enjoy helping customers make big‑ticket purchasing decisions Are organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process Are open to training and coaching – no RV experience required Ideal candidates are motivated, customer‑focused, and enjoy building relationships while helping families create lasting memories. This position is also a great fit for career‑changers or those coming from hospitality, customer service, or inside sales roles who want to move into a higher‑earning, relationship‑driven sales career. Parts Advisor – $14-$18 hourly Support our service department by ordering, receiving, and distributing parts to technicians and customers. This role is critical to keeping our service operations running efficiently and customers on the road. Has experience in parts, automotive, RV, retail, warehouse, or customer service roles (experience preferred, but not required) Is organized and detail‑oriented with strong inventory and paperwork accuracy Communicates clearly with technicians, vendors, and customers Is comfortable using computer systems and inventory software (DMS experience a plus) Can multitask in a fast‑paced service environment Is dependable, punctual, and works well as part of a team Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn This position is a great fit for individuals with backgrounds in automotive parts, retail parts counters, warehouse operations, service support roles, or customer service, as well as those looking to grow within a dealership environment. Service Advisor – $70k This role plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience while driving service department success. This position serves as the primary liaison between customers and technicians ensuring clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and efficient workflow. We are looking for a sales‑minded professional who can confidently guide customers through their service needs, identify additional opportunities, and handle challenging situations with professionalism and care.
