Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endourologist to enhance our academic faculty within the Department of Urology. With a recent increase in residency positions and an expanding clinical presence, we seek a surgeon committed to advanced management of stone diseases and minimally invasive treatments for BPH.
Position Overview
We are interested in candidates who have a strong passion for or fellowship training in Endourology . A key aspect of this role will be to enhance our advanced stone and BPH program.
The ideal candidate will:
- Employ cutting-edge technology across various clinical settings.
- Develop and manage a high-volume practice focused on stone diseases.
- Guide and educate residents and medical students in advanced endoscopic procedures.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits
The starting base compensation range is $300,000 - $400,000 , which may be adjusted based on years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
- Eligibility for obtaining a California medical license.
- A strong commitment to clinical education and community-focused care.
- Fellowship training is preferred but not mandatory for general tracks.
- This position is not eligible for a Conrad 30 Waiver.
- As a California employer, residency in California is required by the start date.
