Scheduling Coordinator

Scheduler We are seeking an experienced and organized Scheduler with knowledge of the In-Home Care industry to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Eugene, Oregon. The successful candidate will be working with another scheduler to provide clients and caregivers scheduling and communication needs. This position is a team based role and offers an attractive wage of $21-$22 per hour, paid biweekly. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly wage of $21-$22 paid every two weeks Health benefits (medical, vision, and dental) Progressive paid time off plan Paid holidays Growth and professional developmental opportunities Responsibilities: Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence Provide support to our In Home Care division Scheduling Communication with clients and caregivers Speaking with various community partners and new client inquiries Other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience with senior or health care industries Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team About the Company: Almost Family, LLC is a leading provider of in-home care services in Eugene, Oregon.
