Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated physical therapy assistant to join a dynamic rehab team in a vibrant Sacramento neighborhood. This full-time travel position offers the chance to provide quality patient care during a team member's leave, supporting a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.

  Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to a diverse caseload.

  Prioritize patient care in a busy setting while adhering to all clinical guidelines.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid PTA license with current state licensure.
  
  
• 
  SNF experience strongly preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated confidence in managing varied caseloads.

  Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
