Blood Bank Technologist Job Responsibilities Perform laboratory procedures in preparing and dispensing blood and blood products as ordered by physicians. Maintain inventory of blood and blood products in accordance with departmental guidelines. Utilize gel technology, Echo Lumina, and NEO Iris analyzers for testing with solid‑phase methodology. Engage in high‑level clinical interaction within a collegial team that encourages innovative thinking. Support the increase in solid organ transplants and staffing needs of the growing department. Work the shift from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, including alternate weekends and rotating holidays. New graduates are welcome to apply.
