Win-Win Moving Solutions is looking for hardworking, reliable people to join our team as Professional Lead Movers. You'll be in charge of leading a crew through a move from start to finish, loading and unloading furniture and household goods safely, and making sure every customer gets treated right along the way. This job is physical, fast-paced, and rewarding if you take pride in doing things the right way.
We're a family-owned moving company based in Hudson, WI, and we care about our crew as much as we care about our customers. If you've got the strength, the attitude, and the leadership to run a job site, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and run moves from start to finish
- Lead a moving crew to work efficiently while keeping morale high
- Work directly with customers to handle their needs, communicate clearly, take payments, and solve problems on the fly
- Stay in contact with the back office throughout the job
- Drive a 26 foot commercial box truck
- Follow DOT regulations
- Keep track of equipment and inventory
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs regularly
- Prior moving experience required
- Must be 21 or older
- Commercial driving experience with large vehicles over 10,000 lbs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
