Jack Giambalvo Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales and Leasing Professional for our growing Hyundai of Hanover team.

We’re especially excited to be building a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Hanover, giving you the opportunity to work in a modern environment designed for success. Our hands-on management team is committed to helping you grow through one-on-one coaching and ongoing training.

Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional buying experience

Determine customer needs through effective communication and active listening

Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, including test drives

Guide customers through the sales process, including features, warranties, and paperwork

Set and work toward personal sales goals aligned with dealership performance standards

Maintain follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business

Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions

Stay current on product knowledge, inventory, and industry trends

Explain vehicle value, equity, and ownership benefits to customers

Collaborate with team members and attend sales meetings

Introduce customers to the service department to support long-term relationships

Prior sales and/or customer service experience (automotive preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Strong organizational skills and follow-through

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid PA driver’s license with a good driving record

Ability to meet dealership sales goals and performance standards
