Job Details

CA licensed attorney with 2-5 years experience in one or more of the following areas:

• General IP-related Litigation and Counsel
• Patent Litigation
• Copyright Litigation
• Trade Secrets
• General Business Litigation
• PLUS Commercial and employment Litigation experience is a plus
