We're seeking a master's-level LPC, LCSW, or LMFT who is passionate about creating safe, non-judgmental spaces for our patients. Experience with children, adolescents, or couples will be an asset as you contribute 10-15 hours a week, with potential to grow into a full‑time role. Responsibilities: Implement counseling treatments based on evidence within the specified scope of practice Ensure effective addressing of clinical diagnoses by prioritizing patient retention Display proficiency in utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other technology-based systems Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications: The ideal candidate must hold a Master's degree in a human services, counseling, or psychology-related field A valid license with the PA Board of Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists is required Candidates should be able to commute to and from the Broomall office location Strong emphasis on being team-oriented and collaborating effectively with other professionals at the practice About Company: Psych Choices of the Delaware Valley is an established, minority-owned mental health practice that has been in business since 2001.
