Assistant Nurse Manager of Pediatric Night Shift will report to a seasoned Pediatric Nursing Manager and collaborate closely with a Director of Pediatric Services, supported by experienced charge RNs, clinical nurse specialists, dedicated educators, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, child life, and a multidisciplinary team committed to family-centered care; responsibilities will span night-shift operations, staffing, patient flow, quality metrics, safety rounding, mentorship, and interprofessional coordination with pediatric hospitalists, intensivists, the ED, NICU, perioperative services, and case managementwithin a welcoming culture of friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare team.
