Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, empathetic, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing practice. In this role, you will be the frontline advocate for our patients' oral health. You will perform thorough clinical cleanings, conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments, and empower patients through tailored oral health education.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Perform scaling, root planing, and routine cleanings (prophylaxis) with a gentle touch.

• Diagnostics: Take high-quality digital X-rays and utilize intraoral cameras to document oral conditions.

• Assessments: Conduct comprehensive periodontal chartings, oral cancer screenings, and accurately document patient histories.

• Patient Education: Clearly explain periodontal health conditions and customize home-care instructions for patients.

• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the dentist to co-diagnose and build comprehensive treatment plans.

• Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of sterilization, infection control, and OSHA/HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Massachusetts.

• Certification: Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Experience: 1+ years

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft) is a plus.

• Soft Skills: A warm, compassionate bedside manner and strong verbal communication skills.
