Senior Regional Account Manager

Soni is partnering with a large multi-site organization seeking a Senior Manager of Regional Accounting to support accounting operations, process improvements, and organizational transformation initiatives. This role will oversee regional accounting activities while helping drive centralization, automation, and operational efficiencies within a fast-paced and evolving environment. Responsibilities: Oversee month-end close and regional accounting operations Review financial reporting, reconciliations, and accruals Support accounting process improvements and automation initiatives Analyze financial results and operational trends Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership teams Manage accounting workflows, priorities, and team deliverables Support audit, compliance, and reporting activities Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of accounting experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience Strong accounting operations and close process experience Experience with process improvement or operational transformation Advanced Excel and communication skills Ability to operate in fast-paced environments Preferred Skills: CPA preferred Shared services or multi-site accounting experience Oracle ERP or enterprise system exposure Transportation, logistics, or operational industry background Experience with automation or accounting integration initiatives Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr Soni
