Tax Analyst

Role Overview The Tax Analyst supports corporate tax activities in our global U.S. multinational company, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing the organization’s tax position. The role involves research, preparation of tax returns, tax planning initiatives, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support accurate and timely tax reporting. Primary Responsibilities 65% Tax Compliance Assist with tax return preparation including U.S. federal income tax return and supporting calculations. Assist with U.S. state income tax returns and supporting calculations. Quarterly estimated tax payments and extensions. Annual U.S. tax information returns for non‑U.S. subsidiaries (Forms 5471 and 8858). Monthly sales and use tax compliance obligations. Tax Provision 20% Assist on a quarterly and/or annual basis with: U.S. tax provision calculations including book‑to‑tax differences. State tax provision calculations. Prepare certain U.S. account reconciliations. Prepare federal and state return‑to‑accrual calculations. Tax Processes and Tax Planning 15% Assist as needed with: Improvements regarding tax compliance processes and information gathering. Tax planning and other tax department projects. Research changes in federal and state tax law and rates. Requirements At least 2 years of related work experience. Bachelor's or University Degree in Accounting or related field. Experience with OneSource preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $71,000 – $91,000.
