Core Duties Utilize reach trucks to facilitate the loading, unloading, and relocation of warehouse stock. Help maintain precise inventory records by scanning and monitoring product movement. Support a tidy and orderly facility by strictly following all established safety guidelines. Perform regular equipment checks on reach trucks and document any necessary repairs. Work alongside colleagues to ensure all daily production targets and schedules are achieved. Provide guidance to incoming staff regarding equipment handling and safety standards. Requirements Completion of high school or a GED is preferred. Demonstrated history of operating reach trucks or comparable machinery. Possession of a current forklift operator certification is mandatory. Maintain a high level of accuracy and a proactive approach to safety. Capability to thrive in a high-speed setting while performing manual labor. Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset.
