Logistics Center GM II - Lead Performance & Growth

CJ Logistics America is seeking a General Manager II to lead our Texas logistics center with vision and hands-on leadership. You will own the P&L, set direction, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across all shifts.
You will build and mentor a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with HR to recruit top talent while aligning with CJ Logistics’ global standards and startup spirit.
