Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and risk assessments to determine patient needs and treatment direction.

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic goals and interventions, adjusting strategies based on ongoing patient feedback and progress.

  • Provide trauma-informed therapy and utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Respond effectively to crises by offering stabilization services to patients in acute distress, ensuring immediate support during difficult situations.

  • Work with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and maintain an integrated treatment approach.

  • Monitor patient outcomes closely, making necessary modifications to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic effectiveness.

  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, helping them develop coping strategies and navigate available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals facing chronic mental health conditions, emotional distress, and trauma-related issues. Our clients may also include those seeking preventative care or support for life transitions, making demographic sensitivity and individualized approaches essential to your counseling practice.

Qualifications\n

  • Active Arizona Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is required.
  • \n
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

  • At least two years of professional experience in a healthcare or psychiatric setting, demonstrating an ability to manage complex cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Strong background in crisis intervention and case management skills, particularly in environments that serve those with mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by performance-based incentives.
