About the Role We’re seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of trenchless construction and tunneling projects while ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. What You’ll Do Oversee all phases of trenchless construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful delivery Lead project teams including field crews, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Partner with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors Conduct site visits to verify progress, safety compliance, and quality of work Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports Support reporting efforts including progress updates, cost tracking, and timelines Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operations Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of experience in project management within trenchless, tunneling, or utility construction Strong knowledge of trenchless construction methods and underground infrastructure projects Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and ownership Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to project sites Be part of a company that puts people and safety first Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment Gain exposure to large-scale, complex infrastructure projects Opportunities for growth and career development Play a key role in advancing trenchless technology and underground construction Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits including PTO, paid holidays, 401k, medical, vision, and dental Equal Opportunity Employer HB Trenchless is committed to fostering an inclusive work environment.
